But this may just be different symptoms as our environment is using PaperCut MF with managed print queues, so the print job actually gets processed twice (spooled from client to PaperCut server, then after it's released from PaperCut it's sent to the printer). My root cause might actually be different, as the spoolers are not crashing, and the jobs do not stay stuck. I encounter the same issue with any UWP app like Microsoft To Do, or OneNote for Windows 10. My understanding is that this is not actually the 'Photos' app's fault, it's actually due to the fact Photos is a Universal Windows Platform app (i.e. I've encountered a similar issue, and in fact it still affects our environment as it hasn't been a priority.
